CERAVOLO PREMIUM WINES - South Australia

NEW WORLD WINE......
OLD WORLD TRADITION

Fifty years ago, the Ceravolo family, winemakers has been working acient soils and making wine since the eons of time. It is no conincidence that the family came from the 35 degree North Parallel in Calabria in the South of Italy to the 35 degree South Parallel in South Australia.

The Ceravolo Vinyards are on the highly prized terra rossa red soils of the fertile Adelaide Plains in South Australia.

Adelaide Plains wines are noted for their intense rich colours and full fruit flavours ... displaying softness and character at a very early age.

Their Estate is just 50 acres. Ceravolo family wines ... single varieties from single vineyards ... are all produced from our own vineyards. (The Estate is on Andrews Road at Macdonald Park on the Adelaide Plains.)

The family carefully manage their vines so that they get only 3 - 4 tonnes per acre of top quality grapes. The winemaker uses very minimal drip-irrigation and grow our grapes on Scott Henry Trellis.
