NEW WORLD WINE...
OLD WORLD TRADITION
The CERAVOLO vineyards are on the highly prized terra rossa red soils of the fertile Adelaide Plains in South Australia.
Fifty years ago, the CERAVOLO family, winemakers since the econs of time, migrated from the 35N parallel in the south of Italy
to the 35 S parallel in South Austalia.
A rich coloured red with its own distinctive Mediterranean-Australian style. The red soils over limestone and restricted
yields in the vineyard are proving to be ideal growing conditions for Sangiovese.
The clone that the winemaker hs chosen to best suit our sunny maritime climate originates from the Chianti region in
Italy. For drinking young.
A richly coloured red
Violets. Cherry. Raspberry.
Medium bodied, silky, velvety. Ageing on French & American oak for 12 months has married Sangiovese's traditional
soft, fruity, spicy and aromatic characters.
